Four Replicards (8½” x 11”) duplicate each animal. The Replicards are photocopied to make worksheets for the child to color and to write the animal‘s name and its 5 parts. The completed worksheets can be stapled together to make a 6-page ”Parts of an Animal” booklet. Purchase two sets to create 3-part matching activities.
This set comes with control cards that name and illustrate the mothers, babies, and fathers of 5 farm animal families. The 15 labeled animal picture cards (3” x 3½”) can be matched to their control card, or they can be sorted in two ways, under five label cards (3” x 4½”): cattle, chickens, horses, pigs, sheep, or under three label cards (9” x 4½”): mother, baby, father. This set is in full color and laminated. We include a replicard (8½” x 11”) that reproduces the 15 animals. The replicard is photocopied to make worksheets for the child to color and label the 5 animal families.
This set presents twenty-five familiar insects of North America. Each insect is illustrated and described on four cards (4½” x 3½”). The first card illustrates and labels the insect. The others have brief sentences that describe the insect's habitat, food sources, and movements.
